Tutorial Text

• In this tutorial we will be adding a new license to DocMAN
• Click on Licenses in the DocMAN control panel
• Click Add
• Enter a name for the license. We will add the GNU GPL license
• Enter the text of the license
• Save the license
• Your new license has been created
