• In this tutorial we will be importing and exporting data in OpenSEF
• Begin by clicking Import/Export Data
• Let's start by importing data. You can use information from some of the other popular Joomla SEF components
• Select the SEF component to import data from
• You can have the importer remove the database table as well. If you do this be sure to have a backup of the database
• Click Import
• The data has been successfully imported
• Now let's go export URL data
• Select the format you want to export the data in
• You can select the information to export as well
• Click Export
• You can now download the results
